(serves 2, or 4 stingy portions)
You will need:
– 25g butter – 8 digestive biscuits
– 1 cup porridge oats – 1 tin of peach slices
– 2 tbsp sugar/person – 2 tbsp instant custard powder/person
Simples: Make the custard, crush the digestives, and melt the butter. Add the oats and biscuit bits to the butter and make the crumble. Serve in a bowl with peach slices over the top. Pour the custard over the top. Done.
